Ⅰ. JHM high-strength prestressed anchorage systems
JHM high-strength prestressed anchorage systems are rational in design, artistic in appearance and easy in construction and have following features:
1. They are suitable for steel stranded wires of strength grade up to 2000;
2. The anchorages conform to FIP93 Suggestion on acceptance of post-tensioned prestressed system and GB/T 13470-2007, have excellent static load and fatigue anchoring performances and reach domestic advanced level;
3. The optimized clip release taper angle and tooth-shape will reduce the damage of steel stranded wires by stress concentration;

3. The optimized clip release taper angle and tooth-shape will reduce the damage of steel stranded wires by stress concentration;
4. The optimized clip taper and the taper of aperture of anchor plate can ensure good following capacity and anchoring performances and reduce the loss of prestress;
5. Thinning of clip will further reduce the weight of anchorage components, facilitate construction, meet requirements of materials on tensile strength yield limit and decrease the possibility of breaking of clips;
6. The adopted advanced machining workmanship ensures good matching between the clip and anchor plate;
7. The used advanced heat treatment devices ensure good core structure and surface wear-resistance of clip;
8. Reduction of distance between conic apertures on the anchor plate will decrease the bending of steel stranded wires in the anchor pad and their loss of stress in the bell and prolong their service life;
9. The surface of anchor plate is galvanized with advanced technology to reduce friction resistance and improve corrosion resistance;
10. They have self-anchoring capacity and may be self-anchored without any jacking device.
