Briefing Of System

Ⅰ. JHM high-strength prestressed anchorage systems
JHM high-strength prestressed anchorage systems are rational in design, artistic in appearance and easy in construction and have following features:
1. They are suitable for steel stranded wires of strength grade up to 2000;
2. The anchorages conform to FIP93 Suggestion on acceptance of post-tensioned prestressed system and GB/T 13470-2007, have excellent static load and fatigue anchoring performances and reach domestic advanced level;
3. The optimized clip release taper angle and tooth-shape will reduce the damage of steel stranded wires by stress concentration;

Ⅱ. Design
1. Clip
(1) In order to ensure anchor efficiency (ηδ), following capacity of clip and self-anchoring capacity, the taper, rough ness good matching with anchor plate of clip shall be ensured. The theoretical analysis and great amount experiments show that the taper of the clip and the anchor plate shall neither be excessively large nor too small. Excessively large taper is disadvantageous to self-anchoring and too small taper would result in excessive of steel stranded wires. The optimized taper of and matching between the clip and the anchor plate improve the roughness of the clip and the aperture of anchor plate and makes the clip reach optimal equilibrium in dynamic following;
(2) In order to prevent the steel stranded wires from shear breaking at smaller end of the clip, the clip release taper angle and tooth-shape are adjusted to minimize stress concentration.
(3) The dimensions of the clip are reduced to make it have sufficient elasticity and hold surely hold 12.7mm and 15.24mm steel stranded wires;
(4) The optimized design scheme changes the taper of the clip and improves its following capacity;
(5) Thinning of clip reduces the possibility of breaking at tightening.
2. Anchor plate
(1) Reduction of dimensions of conic apertures will make the clip reach optimal equilibrium in dynamic following;
(2) Reduction of distance between conic apertures by 2mm decreases the bending of steel stranded wires in the anchor pad and their loss of stress in the bell.
(3) The optimized reduction of outside diameter and thickness of anchor plate decreases weight, facilitates construction, improves the bearing capacity and makes the clip keep within the optimal self-adjustable range.
3. Anchor pad
Reduction of outside diameter of anchor plate correspondingly decreases the bearing area and outside dimensions of the anchor pad and proper reinforcement of its corners renders it sufficient strength.
4. Limit plate
(1) Reduction of distance between conic apertures of anchor plate also correspondingly decreases of the interval between the limit plates.
(2) Reduction of outside diameter of anchor plate correspondingly decreases the matching dimensions between the limit plate and the anchor plate and keeps the outside diameter of limit plate unchanged.
